Terms of service
Last updated: 27 August 2026
These terms cover this website and the free Digital Health Check. A paid service is governed by the written proposal and agreement accepted before work starts. A signed agreement does not remove rights that Nigerian law does not allow a business to exclude.
The Digital Health Check
The Health Check is a snapshot of public signals observed at the stated time. Each scored finding should show its evidence and confidence. Anything the system cannot verify is marked as not checked rather than treated as a failure.
The report is general business information, not legal, tax, financial or security advice. It does not replace a professional audit. A private report link normally expires after 30 days, and anyone holding that link may be able to read it.
Fair use
You must not:
- Provide information you are not authorised to provide
- Automate public submissions or evade rate limits
- Attempt unauthorised access, disruption, malware delivery or social engineering
- Remove evidence labels or present a report as a certification we did not issue
- Resell site content or reports without written permission
We may pause an abusive request, revoke a compromised link or protect the service from activity that threatens other users.
Security reports
Report a suspected vulnerability to contact@ozahdigitalgroup.com. Testing must avoid other people's data, service disruption and social engineering. We will handle good-faith reports responsibly.
Ownership
You retain your business information and content. Ozah Digital Limited retains its website, product software, methods and original site content. Ownership and licences for paid work are stated in the signed agreement.
Accounts and assets created in a customer's name, such as a domain, mailbox or Google Business Profile, remain under that customer's control subject to any third-party provider terms and unpaid third-party charges disclosed in the agreement.
Availability and accuracy
We maintain the service with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Public data and third-party providers can be incomplete, delayed or unavailable. We identify the evidence and observation time so a result can be checked.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including protections under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018. The free Health Check is informational and should not be the sole basis for a high-risk decision. Liability for paid work is governed by the signed agreement, subject to applicable law.
Complaints and disputes
Contact contact@ozahdigitalgroup.com first and include the business name, service and outcome you want. We acknowledge a complaint within one business day and provide progress updates when it needs longer to resolve.
If a consumer complaint remains unresolved, you may use the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission complaint process.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. A dispute may be brought before a Nigerian court with jurisdiction after reasonable attempts to resolve it.
Changes
We review these terms on the schedule shown above. A change applies from its published date and does not silently rewrite an existing signed agreement. Material changes are communicated where required.
