Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before a sales call.

Prices, ownership and data handling should be understandable before you decide whether to speak with us.

What is the free Digital Health Check?+

It is an evidence-based review of the public signals customers use before contacting a business, including its website, domain, email setup and search presence. Anything we cannot verify is marked not checked rather than guessed.

How much does it cost?+

The Digital Health Check is free. The fixed-scope Presence Sprint is ₦75,000 before VAT. Ongoing plans and larger projects are shown on the pricing page before you make a commitment.

Do I need a website before I start?+

No. The Health Check has an explicit option for businesses without a website and assesses only what can be verified. Website development is available when a website is the next commercially useful step.

Will I own the domain, website and business profiles?+

Yes. Assets bought or configured for your business belong to your business. If an engagement ends, you keep the domain, mailboxes, files and ownership of your business profiles.

Do I have to take a monthly plan?+

No. The Presence Sprint is a one-off engagement. A monthly plan is offered only when ongoing maintenance, reporting or growth work is useful, and it is your decision after the initial work.

Which Nigerian businesses do you work with?+

The service is designed for Nigerian small and medium-sized businesses, professional firms, local service operators and growing multi-location teams. The industry pages explain the buying journeys already supported.

How do you handle my data?+

The Health Check uses information you provide and public business information. Contact details are protected, access is restricted, and you can request export or deletion subject to legal retention requirements. The NDPR notice explains the full process.

How do existing customers get support?+

Existing customers should use their secure customer portal for project updates, assets and support requests. The portal link is private and is issued during onboarding.
